A special attention is paid to the issue of the legal nature of corporate relations in the light of current contradictions in the views on this problem as presented by the Ukrainian scholars. The problem of equity, property independence and free will in the corporate relations between an owner and corporation is considered. The main purpose of the research is to provide a scientific substantiation of corporate relations as economic (industrial) relations and their further regulation in the acts of economic legislation. |
