The article analyses the existent situation in the sphere of legal regulation of corporate relations. A special attention is paid to the issue of the legal nature of corporate relations in the light of current contradictions in the views on this problem as presented by the Ukrainian scholars. The problem of equity, property independence and free will in the corporate relations between an owner and corporation is considered. The main purpose of the research is to provide a scientific substantiation of corporate relations as economic (industrial) relations and their further regulation in the acts of economic legislation. Проведен анализ ситуации, которая сложилась в сфере правового регулирования корпоративных отношений. Особое внимание уделено вопросу о правовой природе корпоративных отношений в свете существующих противоречий взглядов на проблему, изложенных украинскими исследователями. Рассмотрена проблематика равности, имущественной самостоятельности и свободного волеизъявления в корпоративных отношениях между собственником и корпорацией. Главной целью исследования является научное обоснование корпоративных отношений как хозяйственных с последующим их регулированием в актах хозяйственного законодательства. Здійснено аналіз ситуації, яка склалася у сфері правового регулювання корпоративних відносин. Особливу увагу наділено питанням про правову природу корпоративних відносин у світлі існуючих протиріч у поглядах, висловлених українськими дослідниками. Розглянуто проблематику рівності, майнової самостійності та вільного волевиявлення в корпоративних правовідносинах між власником і корпорацією. Головною метою дослідження є наукове обгрунтування корпоративних правовідносин як господарських з їх подальшим врегулюванням в актах господарського законодавства. V.
