Проведен анализ ситуации, которая сложилась в сфере правового регулирования корпоративных отношений. Особое внимание уделено вопросу о правовой природе корпоративных отношений в свете существующих противоречий взглядов на проблему, изложенных украинскими исследователями. Рассмотрена проблематика равности, имущественной самостоятельности и свободного волеизъявления в корпоративных отношениях между собственником и корпорацией. Главной целью исследования является научное обоснование корпоративных отношений как хозяйственных с последующим их регулированием в актах хозяйственного законодательства. Здійснено аналіз ситуації, яка склалася у сфері правового регулювання корпоративних відносин. Особливу увагу наділено питанням про правову природу корпоративних відносин у світлі існуючих протиріч у поглядах, висловлених українськими дослідниками. Розглянуто проблематику рівності, майнової самостійності та вільного волевиявлення в корпоративних правовідносинах між власником і корпорацією. Головною метою дослідження є наукове обгрунтування корпоративних правовідносин як господарських з їх подальшим врегулюванням в актах господарського законодавства. V.
