The article deals with a comprehensive research and scientific analysis of the influence of the international standards of gender equality in the labour legal relations on the domestic labour law as a way of accelerating the eurointegration of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of normative acts of United Nations Organization, International Organization of Labor, European Union, the conclusion is made that the international standards of providing of gender equality in the labour legal relations have an influence on the labour law of our country through ratification of the corresponding conventions of international and regional organizations by the Verkhova Rada of Ukraine. So, the domestic legislation that provides the gender equality in the labour legal relations aims to be the analogue of the international labour law, and thus, of the European Union’s legislation if to take into account Ukraine’s eurointegration policy. Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию и научному анализу влияния международных стандартов гендерного равенства в трудовых правоотношениях на отечественное трудовое право как способа ускорения евроинтеграции Украины. На основе анализа нормативных актов Организации Объединенных наций, Международной Организации Труда, Европейского Союза сделан вывод о том, что международные стандарты обеспечения гендерного равенства в трудовых правоотношениях влияют на трудовое право нашей страны путем ратификации Верховной Радой Украины соответствующих конвенций международных и региональных организаций. Таким образом, отечественное законодательство в области обеспечения гендерного равенства в трудовых правоотношениях стремится быть аналогом международного трудового права, а учитывая политику Украины, направленную на евроинтеграцию, и аналогом законодательства Европейского Союза. Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню і науковому аналізу впливу міжнародних стандартів гендерної рівності у трудових правовідносинах на вітчизняне трудове право як засобу прискорення євроінтеграції України. На підставі аналізу нормативних актів Організації Об’єднаних Націй, Міжнародної Організації Праці, Європейського Союзу досягнуто висновку, що міжнародні стандарти забез печення гендерної рівності у трудових правовідносинах впливають на трудове право нашої держави шляхом ратифікації Верховною Радою України відповідних конвенцій міжнародних і регіональних організацій. Таким чином, вітчизняне законодавство в галузі забезпечення гендерної рівності у трудових правовідносинах прагне бути аналогом міжнародного трудового права, а враховуючи політику України, спрямовану на євроінтеграцію, і аналогом законодавства Європейського союзу.
