The process of transforming preventive measures applied by the court in the before&claim phase into the measures providing the claim is examined for the case of running a claim by an applicant. The main components included into the transformation of providing measures are analysed. The conditions for transformation are also analysed which are a proper making a claim under observing the relationship between the subject of preventive measures and the subject of a claim filed. The consequences of leaving claims without any action followed and dismissing of the claim are investigated. Исследован процесс перехода предупредительных мер, принимаемых судом на доисковом этапе, в меры по обеспечению иска при обращении заявителя с исковым заявлением. Дан анализ основных составляющих трансформации обеспечительных мер, условий трансформации, которым является надлежащее предъявления иска с соблюдением достаточной связи между предметом предупредительных мер и предметом заявленного иска. Исследованы последствия оставления предъявленного иска без движения и отказа в принятии искового заявления для действия предупредительных мер. Досліджено процес переходу запобіжних заходів, застосованих судом на допозовному етапі, у заходи по забезпеченню позову при зверненні заявника з позовною заявою. Наведено аналіз основних складових трансформації забезпечувальних заходів, умов трансформації, якими є належне пред’явлення позову з дотриманням достатнього зв’язку між предметом запобіжних заходів і предметом заявленого позову. Досліджено наслідки залишення пред’явленого позову без руху та відмови у прийнятті позовної заяви для дії запобіжних заходів. V.
