Forms and methods of business and power cooperation on the level of state, region, territorial communities are well-grounded. It is proved that it is not possible to separate business from power. The expediency of realizing the notion «urban economic management» as one of the forms of business and power cooperation is supported. Обоснованы формы и методы сотрудничества бизнеса и власти на уровне государства, региона, территориальных громад. Доказана невозможность в данных условиях отделения бизнеса от власти. Поддержана целесообразность реализации понятия «городское хозяйствование» как одна из форм партнерства бизнеса и власти. Обґрунтовано форми і методи співробітництва бізнесу і влади на рівні держави, регіону, територіальних громад. Доведено неможливість у даних умовах відділення бізнесу від влади. Підтримано доцільність реалізації поняття «міське господарювання», як однієї з форм партнерства бізнесу і влади. V.
