Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | The article deals with the content of the legal regulation of competitive relations in the energy sector. The state of the relevant commodity market is determined and the factors that restrain the development of competition are the basis for committing violations of the legislation on the protection of economic competition. Tendencies of transformation of the competitive model of legal energy space are revealed.
