Рассмотрены подходы к пониманию сущности и оценки качества услуг высшей школы. Предложено при оценке качества услуг высших учебных заведений использовать концепцию «петли качества», международные стандарты и японскую концепцию оценки и управления качеством. Розглянуто підходи до розуміння сутності та оцінки якості послуг вищої школи. Запропоновано при оцінці якості послуг вищих навчальних закладів використовувати концепцію «петлі якості», міжнародні стандарти та японську концепцію оцінювання й управління якістю. V.
