В статье определены основные варианты оптимизации осуществления правовой политики в сфере лоббизма, цели и способы правового регулирования лоббизма в Украине. Отстаивается точка зрения, что гражданское общество должно научиться грамотно использовать позитивные черты лоббизма и минимизировать влияние на общественное развитие его негативных характеристик. Для этого необходимо поставить лоббизм в рамки закона. Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню реалій правового поля лобізму та можливості оптимізації цього інституту в Україні. У статті визначено основні варіанти оптимізації здійснення правової політики у сфері лобізму, цілі та засоби правового регулювання лобізму в Україні. Відстоюється точка зору, що громадське суспільство повинно навчитися грамотно використовувати позитивні риси лобізму та мінімізувати вплив на суспільний розвиток його негативних характеристик.
