On the example of the Ukrainian Code of Corporate Governance basic problems inherent in corporate governance principles are defined and grouped. The list of urgent measures is offered to improve the Ukrainian Code of Corporate Governance.

Разработан, предложен и приведен перечень первоочередных мер по совершенствованию украинского Кодекса корпоративного управления. На прикладі українського Кодексу корпоративного управління визначено і згруповано головні проблеми, що притаманні Принципам корпоративного управління. Розроблено, запропоновано й наведено першочергові заходи із вдосконалення українського Кодексу корпоративного управління. V.
