С целью усиления защиты всех участников в сфере хозяйствования сформулированы предложения относительно дополнения круга субъектов, которые могут инициировать в судебном порядке признание недействительным хозяйственного договора, который противоречит интересам государства и общества. Установлены различия между органами государственной власти и местного самоуправления. Предложено предоставить право органам местного самоуправления инициировать в судебном порядке признание недействительным хозяйственного договора, который противоречит интересам государства и общества. З метою посилення захисту всіх учасників у сфері господарювання сформовано пропозиції щодо доповнення кола суб’єктів, які можуть ініціювати в судовому порядку визнання недійсним господарського договору, що суперечить інтересам держави і суспільства. Визначено відмінності між органами державної влади та органами місцевого самоврядування. Запропоновано надати право органам місцевого самоврядування ініціювати в судовому порядку визнання недійсним господарського договору, який суперечить інтересам держави і суспільства. V.
