Based on a system analysis of the Land Code of Ukraine, the author examines the problematic issues connected with division of lands in Ukraine according to a special_purpose use. The author comes to the conclusion that the system of general division of lands into categories of a special_purpose use does not meet today’s requirements and should be abolished. На основании системного анализа Земельного кодекса Украины автором исследованы проблемные вопросы деления земель Украины по целевому назначению. Предложен вывод о том, что система общего деления земель на категории по целевому назначению не отвечает требованиям современности и должна быть отменена. На підставі системного аналізу Земельного кодексу України автором досліджено проблемні питання поділу земель України за цільовим призначенням. Запропоновано висновок про те, що система загального поділу земель на категорії за цільовим призначенням не відповідає вимогам сучасності і повинна бути скасована. V.
