The article focuses on the important issue of state planning in regulation of economic relations. Based on historical and logical analysis, the possibility and necessity of state planning of market economy is grounded, real possibilities of using planning for stabilizing the economic relations are shown, innovative types of state planning able to put the state-legal regulation of the society development to a new level are expected. Статья раскрывает тему государственного планирования в регулировании экономических отношений. На основе историко-логического анализа обоснована возможность и необходимость государственного планирования рыночной экономики, показаны реальные возможности использования планирования в стабилизации хозяйственных отношений, предложены инновационные виды государственного планирования, использование которых в состоянии поднять на новый уровень государственно-правовое регулирование развития общества. Стаття розкриває тему державного планування в регулюванні економічних відносин. На основі історико-логічного аналізу обґрунтована можливість і необхідність державного планування ринкової економіки, показані реальні можливості використання планування у стабілізації господарських відносин, запропоновано інноваційні види державного планування, використання яких спроможне підняти на новий рівень державно-правове регулювання розвитку суспільства.
