The article investigates the general approaches and presents the author’s vision of determination of the methodological base for estimating the human capital taking into consideration its peculiarities. The analysis of all possible factors of measuring, cost-based attributes and economic-mathematical methods of estimation was made. The criteria for estimating have been determined. The methods elaborated by the author for estimating the human capital on a mаcroeconomic level are offered. В статье исследованы общие подходы и изложено авторское видение определения методологической базы оценки человеческого капитала, учитывая его особенности. Выполнен анализ возможных факторов измерения, стоимостных признаков и экономико-математических методов оценки. Определены критерии оценивания. Предложена собственная методика оценки человеческого капитала на макроэкономическом уровне. В статті досліджено загальні підходи та викладено авторське бачення визначення методологічної бази оцінки людського капіталу, враховуючи його особливості. Виконано аналіз можливих чинників виміру, вартісних ознак і економіко-математичних методів оцінки. Визначено критерії оцінювання. Запропоновано власну методику оцінки людського капіталу на макроекономічному рівні. V.
