В статье исследованы общие подходы и изложено авторское видение определения методологической базы оценки человеческого капитала, учитывая его особенности. Выполнен анализ возможных факторов измерения, стоимостных признаков и экономико-математических методов оценки. Определены критерии оценивания. Предложена собственная методика оценки человеческого капитала на макроэкономическом уровне. В статті досліджено загальні підходи та викладено авторське бачення визначення методологічної бази оцінки людського капіталу, враховуючи його особливості. Виконано аналіз можливих чинників виміру, вартісних ознак і економіко-математичних методів оцінки. Визначено критерії оцінювання. Запропоновано власну методику оцінки людського капіталу на макроекономічному рівні. V.
