Проанализировано правовое регулирование и практические аспекты осуществления права государства на получение дивидендов, выявлены правовые проблемы, связанные с защитой указанного права государства, которая часто осложняется по причине неоднозначной судебной практики как хозяйственных, так и административных судов по соответствующим спорам. Проаналізовано правове регулювання і практичні аспекти здійснення права держави на отримання дивідендів, виявлено правові проблеми, пов’язані із захистом зазначеного права держави, який часто ускладнюється через неоднозначну судову практику як господарських, так і адміністративних судів у відповідних спорах.
