Their functioning is realized through organization into the corresponding groups based on specific indications (criteria). That's why, the aim of this article is the research of the problematic issues appearing in connection with classification of the financial law subjects proceeding from general criteria elaborated by the legal science on the whole. Юридическая наука и законодательство выде­ляют достаточно много видов субъектов права, ко­торые функционируют; организуясь в соответству­ющие группы, опираясь на конкретные основания или критерии их деления. Статья посвящена иссле­дованию именно проблематичных положений, ко­торые возникают при классификации субъектов финансового права, исходя из общих критериев, разработанных правовой наукой в целом. Юридична наука та законодавство виділяють багато видів суб’єктів права, які функціонують, організовуючись у відповідні групи, спираючись при цьому на конкретну ознаку або підставу. Стаття при­свячена дослідженню саме проблемних положень, які виникають при класифікації суб’єктів фінансо­вого права, спираючись на загальні підстави, що розроблені правовою наукою в цілому. V.
