That's why, the aim of this article is the research of the problematic issues appearing in connection with classification of the financial law subjects proceeding from general criteria elaborated by the legal science on the whole. Юридическая наука и законодательство выделяют достаточно много видов субъектов права, которые функционируют; организуясь в соответствующие группы, опираясь на конкретные основания или критерии их деления. Статья посвящена исследованию именно проблематичных положений, которые возникают при классификации субъектов финансового права, исходя из общих критериев, разработанных правовой наукой в целом. Юридична наука та законодавство виділяють багато видів суб’єктів права, які функціонують, організовуючись у відповідні групи, спираючись при цьому на конкретну ознаку або підставу. Стаття присвячена дослідженню саме проблемних положень, які виникають при класифікації суб’єктів фінансового права, спираючись на загальні підстави, що розроблені правовою наукою в цілому. V.
