Обоснована необходимость сбалансирования положительных и негативных проявлений внутренних факторов как одно из главных целей организационной культуры. Дано аналіз внутрішніх чинників, які впливають на розвиток організаційної культури в умовах промислового підприємства, спрямованої на безпечну трудову діяльність.
