The paper describes the system of voluntary certification of health and fitness services. Based on the analysis of legislation and scientific literature, the author offers the proposals on improvement of the legal base for certifying these services to ensure their adequate quality, safety of special equipment and other conditions for providing health and fitness activities. It is offered to develop the Rules of voluntary certification of health and fitness services. Рассматривается система добровольной сертификации физкультурно-оздоровительных услуг. На основании анализа законодательства и научной литературы автором подготовлены предложения о совершенствовании правовых основ сертификации таких услуг, которые необходимы для обеспечения их надлежащего качества, безопасности специального оборудования и других условий физкультурно-оздоровительной деятельности. Предложено создание Правил добровольной сертификации физкультурно-оздоровительных услуг. Розглянуто систему добровільної сертифікації фізкультурно-оздоровчих послуг. На підставі аналізу законодавства та наукової літератури автором підготовлено пропозиції з вдосконалення правової основи сертифікації таких послуг, що необхідні для забезпечення їх належної якості, безпеки спеціального обладнання та інших умов фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності. Запропоновано впровадження Правил добровільної сертифікації фізкультурно-оздоровчих послуг. V.
