The paper studies the economic personality of communal (municipal) enterprises. The existence of a special (limited, target) character of the economic personality of the communal sector enterprises is grounded. The concept of the economic personality of communal enterprises is offered.

Обосновано существование специального (ограниченного, целевого) характера хозяйственной правосубъектности предприятий коммунального сектора экономики. Предложено определение понятия хозяйственной правосубъектности коммунальных предприятий. Стаття присвячена дослідженню господарської правосуб’єктності комунальних (муніципальних) підприємств. Обґрунтовано існування спеціального (обмеженого, цільового) характеру господарської правосуб’єктності підприємств комунального сектора економіки. Запропоновано визначення поняття господарської правосуб’єктності комунальних підприємств. V.
