ГОСПОДАРСЬКА ПРАВОСУБ’ЄКТНІСТЬ КОМУНАЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
The paper studies the economic personality of communal (municipal) enterprises. The existence of a special (limited, target) character of the economic personality of the communal sector enterprises is grounded. The concept of the economic personality of communal enterprises is offered.
