The paper traces the changes in the legal regulation of economic relations in the sphere of government purchases in Ukraine. Theoretical and practical problems concerning realization of corresponding norms according to the legislation of the Russian Federation are considered. The regulative influence of the state on the activity of economic subjects through government purchases is studied. The proposals on making changes in some provisions of the legislation are offered to improve the procedure of purchases. Статья посвящена изменениям в правовом регулировании хозяйственных отношений в сфере государственных закупок в Украине. Рассмотрены теоретические и практические проблемы реализации соответствующих норм согласно законодательству Российской Федерации. Исследовано регулирующее влияние государства на деятельность субъектов хозяйствования посредством осуществления государственных закупок. Представлены предложения относительно внесения изменений к отдельным положениям законодательства по усовершенствованию процедуры проведения закупок. Стаття присвячена змінам у правовому регулюванні господарських відносин у сфері державних закупівель в Україні. Розглянуто теоретичні та практичні проблеми реалізації відповідних норм згідно із законодавством Російської Федерації. Досліджено регулюючий вплив держави на діяльність суб’єктів господарювання через здійснення державних закупівель. Запропоновано пропозиції щодо внесення змін до окремих положень законодавства для удосконалення процедури проведення закупівель. V.
