The issues of creation of innovation infrastructure and development of personnel’s creativity as a condition for realizing innovations are considered. Определена специфика сервисных инноваций в условиях логистизации. Особое внимание уделено логистическим сервисным инновациям в рекреационном секторе. Показана необходимость комплексного, обоснованного, диалектического подхода к внедрению инноваций. Рассмотрены вопросы создания инновационной инфраструктуры и развития креативности персонала как условия реализации инноваций. Визначено специфіку сервісних інновацій в умовах логістизації. Особливу увагу приділено логістичним сервісним інноваціям у рекреаційному секторі. Показано необхідність комплексного, обґрунтованого, діалектичного підходу до упровадження інновацій. V.
