Разработана и проведена апробация методики оценки влияния инновационной активности в сфере труда на развитие региона; обоснована и на основе эмпирических исследований подтверждена гипотеза о том, что развитие экономики любого региона на интенсивной основе зависит от инновационной активности в сфере труда; доказана необходимость повышения инновационной активности в сфере труда с точки зрения обеспечения конкурентоспособности региона в условиях современного финансового кризиса. Розроблено і проведено апробацію методики оцінки впливу інноваційної активності у сфері праці на розвиток регіону; обґрунтовано та на основі емпіричних досліджень підтверджено гіпотезу про те, що розвиток економіки будь-якого регіону на інтенсивній основі залежить від інноваційної активності у сфері праці; доведено необхідність підвищення інноваційної активності у сфері праці з точки зору забезпечення конкурентоспроможності регіону в умовах сучасної фінансової кризи.
