The paper presents the conception of intellectual capital reproduction. It is based on a system approach to definition of structural relations and mechanisms of formation and accumulation of intellectual capital. It has been proved that the existence of institutional «traps» leads to ineffective reproduction of intellectual capital. The recommendations are given to increase the efficiency of accumulation of intellectual capital. В статье предложена концепция воспроизводства интеллектуального капитала, основанная на системном подходе к определению структурных взаимосвязей и механизмов формирования и накопления интеллектуального капитала. Доказано, что наличие институциональных «ловушек» приводит к неэффективному воспроизводству интеллектуального капитала. Предложены направления повышения эффективности накопления интеллектуального капитала. У статті сформульовано концепцію відтворення інтелектуального капіталу, яка базується на системному підході до визначення структурних взаємозв’язків і механізмів формування та нагромадження інтелектуального капіталу. Доведено, що наявність інституціональних «пасток» веде до неефективного відтворення інтелектуального капіталу. Запропоновано напрями підвищення ефективності нагромадження інтелектуального капіталу.
