Рассмотрены особенности вовлечения земельных участков государственной и коммунальной форм собственности в хозяйственный оборот на началах аренды. По результатам проведенного анализа обоснованы теоретико-прикладные положения, которые могут составить основу как для дальнейшего совершенствования земельного законодательства Украины, так и углубления теоретических разработок правовой природы договора аренды земельных участков. Розглянуто особливості залучення земельних ділянок державної та комунальної форм власності у господарський обіг на засадах оренди. За підсумками проведеного аналізу обґрунтовано теоретико-прикладні положення, які можуть скласти підґрунтя як для подальшого вдосконалення земельного законодавства України, так і поглиблення теоретичних розробок правової природи договору оренди земельних ділянок.
