Разработаны предложения по усовершенствованию регулирования отношений по договору управления коммунальным имуществом. Визначено особливості договору управління комунальним майном. Проаналізовано існуючі наукові розробки, діюче законодавство та судова практика в контексті досліджуваної тематики.
