Makarova, V.A. The paper studies the factors which have influence on worker’s job satisfaction. Their influence on attitude toward a production process was examined. The issues of external and internal motivation are considered. The reasons for changing worker’s internal motivation into strong internal demotivation have been studied and investigated. The possible ways of avoiding demotivating factors or having influence on them are considered for the enterprises. Рассмотрены факторы, которые влияют на удовлетворенность работником трудовым процессом. Исследованы их влияние на отношение к производственному процессу, вопросы внешней и внутренней мотивации, причины изменения внутренней мотивации работника на сильную внутреннюю демотивацию. Рассмотрены способы избежания или влияния на демотивирующие факторы, которые возможно присутствуют на предприятиях. Розглянуто чинники, які впливають на задоволеність працівником роботою. Досліджено їх вплив на відношення до виробничого процесу, питання зовнішньої та внутрішньої мотивації, причини зміни внутрішньої мотивації працівника на сильну внутрішню демотивацію. Розглянуто способи уникання або впливання на демотивуючі фактори, які можливо присутні на підприємствах. V.
