На основе анализа современного законодательства, регулирующего сферу централизованного водоснабжения, даны предложения о возможных путях реформирования водопроводно-канализационных предприятий, перспективах их взаимоотношений с органами власти и управления. Выявлены возможности договорного регулирования централизованного питьевого водоснабжения. На основі аналізу сучасного законодавства, регулюючого сферу централізованого водопостачання, надано пропозиції щодо можливих шляхів реформування водопровідно_каналізаційних підприємств, перспектив їх взаємовідносин з органами влади та управління. Виявлено можливості договірного регулювання централізованого питного водопостачання. V.
