The conclusion is made that there are close system interrelations between the level of state’s economic development and content of its legal constitutional regulation. Исследовано влияние экономической системы на обеспечение стабильности конституционного строя Украины в условиях глобализации. Проанализированы главные современные угрозы экономическим основам конституционного строя Украины. Сделан вывод о наличии тесных системных взаимосвязей между уровнем экономического развития государства и содержанием его конституционно-правового регулирования. Досліджено вплив економічної системи на забезпечення стабільності конституційного ладу України в умовах глобалізації. Проаналізовано головні сучасні загрози економічним засадам конституційного ладу України. Зроблено висновок про наявність тісного системного взаємовпливу рівня економічного розвитку держави і змісту її конституційно-правового регулювання. V.
