Рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования структуры экономики регионов в условиях интеграции Украины в ВТО. Определены процессы взаимодействия интегрированных хозяйственных структур типа ФПГ, участниками которых являются предприятия стран-участниц ВТО и других стран. Предложена модель внешнеэкономической деятельности таких ФПГ в условиях ВТО и получена новая схема интеграции, обеспечивающая дополнительный экономический эффект. Розглянуто питання вдосконалення структури економіки регіонів за умови інтеграції України до СОТ. Визначено процеси взаємодії інтегрованих господарських структур типу ФПГ, учасниками яких є підприємства з країн-учасниць СОТ та інших країн. Запропоновано модель зовнішньоекономічної діяльності таких ФПГ в умовах СОТ та отримано нову схему інтеграції, що забезпечує додатковий економічний ефект. V.
