The paper discusses the forms of the state participation in providing the state aid in the field of economic activity taking into consideration WTO and the EU experience. Based on analysis of existent approaches to the forms, the proposals have been worked out to divide them and specify their types.

Рассмотрены формы участия государства при предоставлении государственной помощи в сфере хозяйствования с учетом опыта ВТО и ЕС. На основе анализа существующих подходов к таким формам разработаны предложения по их делению и конкретизации. Розглянуто форми участі держави при наданні державної допомоги у сфері господарювання з урахуванням досвіду СОТ та ЄС. На підставі аналізу існуючих підходів до таких форм розроблено пропозиції щодо їх поділу та конкретизації. V.
