ЩОДО ФОРМ УЧАСТІ ДЕРЖАВИ У НАДАННІ ДОПОМОГИ У СФЕРІ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ
The paper discusses the forms of the state participation in providing the state aid in the field of economic activity taking into consideration WTO and the EU experience. Based on analysis of existent approaches to the forms, the proposals have been worked out to divide them and specify their types.
