Рассмотрены факторы экономического и социального развития города. Предложен методический подход к определению характера влияния на него факторов по системе оценочных показателей с использованием фасетной классификации. Выделены наиболее влиятельные факторы положительной и отрицательной направленности отдельно по группам внешнего и внутреннего влияния на город областного подчинения. Розглянуто чинники економічного та соціального розвитку міста. Запропоновано методичний підхід до визначення характеру впливу на нього чинників за системою оціночних показників із використанням фасетної класифікації. Виділено найвпливовіші чинники за позитивним і негативним напрямом окремо серед груп зовнішнього і внутрішнього впливу на місто обласного підпорядкування. V.
