The reasons for imbalance between vocational education and work in a specific specialty are determined. It is offered to adopt the law on promotion of employers’ participation in training and retraining of personnel in the vocational and higher educational institutions in accordance with the requirements of modern production. Проанализировано влияние профориентации молодежи на формирование трудового потенциала. Определены причины дисбаланса между профессиональным образованием и работой по конкретной специальности. Предложено принятие закона о стимулировании участия работодателей в подготовке и переподготовке кадров в профессионально-технических и высших учебных заведениях в соответствии с требованиями современного производства. Проаналізовано вплив профорієнтації молоді на формування трудового потенціалу. Визначено причини дисбалансу між професійною освітою і працею за конкретною спеціальністю. Запропоновано розроблення і прийняття закону про стимулювання участі роботодавців у підготовці й перепідготовці кадрів у професійно-технічних і вищих навчальних закладах відповідно до вимог сучасного виробництва.
