The article deals with the state of the domestic legislation which regulates venture relations and suggests the ways to improve it. The author proves the necessity of introducing the concept «venture activity» in the law, in particular in the Commercial code of Ukraine.

Рассмотрено состояние отечественного законодательства, регулирующего венчурные правоотношения, предложены пути его усовершенствования. Обоснована необходимость закрепления понятия «венчурная деятельность» в Хозяйственном кодексе Украины. Розглянуто стан вітчизняного законодавства, що регулює венчурні правовідносини, запропоновано шляхи його вдосконалення. Обґрунтовано необхідність закріплення поняття «венчурна діяльність» в Господарському кодексі України. V.
