ВЕНЧУРНА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ЯК ПРАВОВА КАТЕГОРІЯ
The article deals with the state of the domestic legislation which regulates venture relations and suggests the ways to improve it. The author proves the necessity of introducing the concept «venture activity» in the law, in particular in the Commercial code of Ukraine.
