Проанализированы существующие научные разработки, законодательство и ряд исторических документов в контексте исследуемой тематики. Установлено, что формирование в Украине органов местного самоуправления как субъектов хозяйственных правоотношений прошло этапы от вечевых сборов Киевской Руси до становления муниципальной власти в независимой Украине. Сформирован перечень историко-правовых предпосылок, которые стимулировали формирование органов местного самоуправления как субъектов хозяйственных правоотношений. Проаналізовано існуючі наукові розробки, законодавство та низка історичних документів у контексті досліджуваної тематики. Установлено, що формування органів місцевого самоврядування як суб’єктів господарських правовідносин пройшло етапи від вічових зборів Київської Русі до становлення муніципальної влади в незалежній Україні. Сформовано перелік історико-правових передумов формування органів місцевого самоврядування як суб’єктів господарських правовідносин. V.
