Выявлены существенные изменения, которые претерпела структура украинского продовольственного рынка, раскрыты проблемы, связанные с отсутствием оптового звена на первичном рынке производства и реализации продукции. Стаття присвячена питанням формування продовольчого ринку в умовах збільшення повноважень регіонів.
