Рассмотрены основные факторы изменений в хозяйственном комплексе Донецкой области. Определены основные параметры производственной функции региона. Обнаружены «узкие места» национальной и региональной политики при регулировании структурных изменений, в связи с чем сделаны выводы о необходимости приведения структуры экономики региона к критериям оптимальности. Розглянуто основні чинники змін у господарському комплексі Донецької області. Визначено основні параметри виробничої функції регіону. Виявлено «вузькі місця» національної і регіональної політики при регулюванні структурних змін, у зв’язку з чим зроблено висновки щодо необхідності приведення структури економіки регіону до критеріїв оптимальності.
