Доля участия учебных заведений в реализации государственных программ и проектов предложена в качестве критерия определения размеров государственного финансирования их деятельности. Визначено напрями удосконалення фінансової основи господарювання навчальних закладів за рахунок держави, територіальних громад, суб’єктів господарювання і громадян. Частку участі навчальних закладів у реалізації державних програм і проектів запропоновано в якості критерію встановлення розмірів державного фінансування їх діяльності. V.
