Доказано, что монополисты способны работать эффективно, оказывая качественные услуги населению, учитывая опыт реформирования английской, французской, чешской ЖКХ и ЖКХ Дании. Предложено комплексно и последовательно подходить к планированию и реализации направлений национальной жилищной реформы. Стаття присвячена дослідженню досвіду країн Європи в реформуванні житлово-комунального господарства. Доведено, що монополісти спроможні працювати ефективно, надаючи якісні послуги населенню за результатами реформування англійської, французької, чеської ЖКГ і ЖКГ Данії. Запропоновано комплексно й послідовно підходити до планування й реалізації напрямів національної житлової реформи. V.
