The concept «insurance fraud» is defined taking into account the role of the insurance market entities. The expediency of creating the insurance detective agency as a necessary element of the safety mechanism and insurance fraud counteraction is grounded. The scheme of interrelations between an insurance detective agency, market subjects and public authorities has been built. |
