description The article examines the role and place of macroregions in the spatial development of the national economy, defines the directions of modernization of the approaches to structuring of the domestic socio­economic space. The necessity of institutionalizing of macroregionalization processes in Ukraine and elaborating of scientific and practical principles of forming new institutes to realize the public regional policy is proven at a macroregional level. The financial-investment mechanisms of their functioning have been worked out. The selection of principles of interregional projects for financing of the macroregional development by corporations is specified.

Статья посвящена исследованию роли и места макрорегионов в пространственном развитии национальной экономики, определению направлений модернизации подходов к структуризации внутри­государственного социально-экономического про­странства. Доказана необходимость институциализации процессов макрорегионализации в Украине и разработки научных и практических принципов формирования новых институтов реализации госу­дарственной региональной политики на макрореги­ональном уровне. Разработаны финансово-инвести­ционные механизмы их функционирования. Конк­ретизированы принципы отбора межрегиональных проектов для финансирования корпорациями мак­рорегионального развития. Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі та місця макрорегіонів у просторовому розвитку національ­ної економіки, визначенню напрямів модернізації підходів до структурування внутрішньодержавного соціально-економічного простору. Доведено не­обхідність інституціалізації процесів макрорегіоналізації в Україні та розробки наукових і практичних засад формування нових інститутів реалізації дер­жавної регіональної політики на макрорегіональному рівні. Розроблено фінансово-інвестиційні меха­нізми їх функціонування. Конкретизовано принци­пи відбору міжрегіональних проектів для фінансу­вання корпораціями макрорегіонального розвитку. V.
