Статья посвящена исследованию роли и места макрорегионов в пространственном развитии национальной экономики, определению направлений модернизации подходов к структуризации внутригосударственного социально-экономического пространства. Доказана необходимость институциализации процессов макрорегионализации в Украине и разработки научных и практических принципов формирования новых институтов реализации государственной региональной политики на макрорегиональном уровне. Разработаны финансово-инвестиционные механизмы их функционирования. Конкретизированы принципы отбора межрегиональных проектов для финансирования корпорациями макрорегионального развития. Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі та місця макрорегіонів у просторовому розвитку національної економіки, визначенню напрямів модернізації підходів до структурування внутрішньодержавного соціально-економічного простору. Доведено необхідність інституціалізації процесів макрорегіоналізації в Україні та розробки наукових і практичних засад формування нових інститутів реалізації державної регіональної політики на макрорегіональному рівні. Розроблено фінансово-інвестиційні механізми їх функціонування. Конкретизовано принципи відбору міжрегіональних проектів для фінансування корпораціями макрорегіонального розвитку. V.
