The questions of determination of the public regional policy are considered, its aims, object and subject under strengthened economic globalization and growth of it`s regionalization in the system of interregional market relations. It`s orientation to overcoming the disproportions in the development of regions is determined, as well as providing of their economies competitiveness, large-scale introduction of innovations and investments in the development of regions’ social sphere in order to increase their economic attractiveness and provide the welfare of population, integration of regional, markets in the international capital market, activation of the interregional cooperation. Рассмотрены проблемы определения государ­ственной региональной политики, ее цели, объект и субъект в условиях усиления глобализации эконо­мики и роста ее регионализации в системе межре­гиональных рыночных отношений. Определена ее направленность на преодоление диспропорций раз­вития регионов и обеспечение конкурентоспособ­ности их экономики, масштабное внедрение инно­ваций и инвестиций в развитие социальной сферы регионов для повышения их экономической при­влекательности и обеспечения благосостояния на­селения, интеграцию региональных рынков в меж­дународный рынок капитала, активизацию межре­гионального сотрудничества. Розглянуто проблеми визначення пріоритетів державної регіональної політики, її мети, об’єкт і суб’єкт в умовах посилення глобалізації економіки і зростання її регіоналізації в системі міжрегіональ­них ринкових відносин. Визначено її спрямо­ваність на подолання диспропорцій розвитку регіонів і забезпечення конкурентоспроможності їх економіки, масштабне впровадження інновацій та інвестицій у розвиток соціальної сфери регіонів для підвищення їх економічної привабливості та забез­печення добробуту населення, інтеграцію регіо­нальних ринків у міжнародний ринок капіталу, ак­тивізацію міжрегіональної співпраці.
