Рассмотрены взаимоотношения государства и бизнеса в формировании инновационной модели развития как наиболее четко складывающейся и постепенно развивающейся формы их партнерства; рассмотрен процесс разграничения прав собственности как институциональная основа механизма их взаимоотношений; с учетом зарубежного опыта подтверждено наличие определенной зависимости между формой государственного устройства и взаимоотношениями государства и бизнеса. Розглянуто взаємовідносини держави і бізнесу у формуванні інноваційної моделі розвитку як такої форми їх партнерства, що найбільш чітко створюється і поступово розвивається; розглядається процес розмежування прав власності як інституціональної засади механізму їх взаємовідносин; зважаючи на зарубіжний досвід, стверджується наявність певної залежності між формою державного устрою і взаємовідносинами держави і бізнесу.
