The issue of legal researches on the economic behavior is considered in the anthropological (psychological) aspect. It has been determined that the study of positive and negative economic behavior of undertaking entities in the aspect of economic senses, emotions, purposes and. values can make influence on the reliability of legal opinions in the respect of the methods of impact on the economic behavior. Рассмотрена проблема правовых исследований хозяйственного поведения в антропологическом (психологическом) аспекте. Установлено, что изучение позитивного и негативного экономического поведения хозяйствующих субъектов в разрезе экономических чувств, эмоций, целей и ценностей может влиять на достоверность правовых взглядов в отношении способов воздействия на хозяйственное поведение. Розглянуто проблему правових досліджень господарської поведінки в антропологічному (психологічному) аспекті. Встановлено, що вивчення позитивної та негативної економічної поведінки господарюючих суб’єктів у ракурсі економічних почуттів, емоцій, цілей і цінностей може впливати на достовірність правових поглядів відносно способів впливу на господарську поведінку.
