It analyses the statistical data and judicial practice in the regard of communal enterprises. Based on the results of researches, the proposals on before-court and judicial sanitation of managing subjects of the communal sector are made, as well as on realization of bankruptcy procedure for managing subjects of the communal sector of economy. Рассмотрены вопросы применения процедуры банкротства к коммунальным предприятиям и к хозяйственным обществам коммунального и государственного секторов экономики. Проанализированы статистические данные и судебная практика относительно коммунальных предприятий. По результатам исследования выработаны предложения по досудебной и судебной санации в отношении субъектов хозяйствования коммунального сектора экономики, реализации процедуры банкротства хозяйственных обществ коммунального сектора экономики. Розглянуто питання застосування процедури банкрутства до комунальних підприємств і до господарських товариств комунального й державного секторів економіки. Проаналізовано статичні дані та судову практику щодо комунальних підприємств. За результатами дослідження надано пропозиції щодо досудової та судової санації відносно суб’єктів господарювання комунального сектора економіки, особливостей реалізації процедури банкрутства господарських товариств комунального сектора економіки.
