The paper investigates the essence of consulting as the systems of economic relations. Possible variants of introduction of the managerial accounting are compared, and the proposals are made to improve this process taking into account existent advantages and failures. |

Изменения в экономике Украины содействовали развитию рынка консалтинговых услуг, что облегчило попытку руководителей предприятий грамотно построить систему управленческого учета. Внедрять систему управленческого учета собственными силами или обращаться к услугам консалтинга является, выбором каждого отдельного предприятия, которое базируется на особенности его деятельности, финансовых возможностях и наличии или отсутствий квалифицированных специалистов среди сотрудников. В статье проведено исследование сущности консалтинга как системы экономических отношений. Осуществлено сравнение возможных вариантов внедрения управленческого учета, даны предложения по совершенствования данного процесса, учитывая существующие преимущества и недостатки. Зміни в економіці України сприяли розвитку ринку консалтингових послуг, що полегшило намагання керівників підприємств грамотно побудувати систему управлінського обліку. Впроваджувати систему управлінського обліку власними силами чи звертатись до послуг консалтингу є вибором кожного окремого підприємства, що базується на особливості його діяльності, фінансових можливостях і наявності або відсутності кваліфікованих фахівців серед співробітників. У статті проведено дослідження сутності консалтингу як системи економічних . відносин. Здійснено порівняння можливих варіантів впровадження управлінського обліку та винесення пропозицій із вдосконалення даного процесу, врахувавши існуючі переваги та недоліки. V.
