Рассмотрены актуальные вопросы деятельности органов хозяйственного самоуправления в ФРГ. Проведен анализ их функций, правового статуса, роли в реализации принципа партнерства, который закреплен в хозяйственном административном праве ФРГ. Акцентировано внимание на участий органов хозяйственного самоуправления в процессе создания хозяйственно-административных актов. Розглянуто актуальні питання діяльності органів господарського самоуправління у ФРН. Здійснено аналіз їх функцій, правового статусу, ролі в реалізації принципу партнерства, який закріплений у господарському адміністративному праві ФРН. Акцентовано увагу на участі органів господарського самоуправління у процесі створення господарсько-адміністративних актів. V.
