Рассмотрен теоретический аспект продажи товара на рынке труда, которым является и труд, и рабочая сила как две стороны одного и того же процесса. Обоснована необходимость сопоставление различных форм и видов труда с целью определения эквивалента общественного труда как фактора стимулирования трудовой деятельности и социальной справедливости. Изложены направления повышения эффективности руда на основе повышения его интенсивности и влияние этого фактора на воспроизводство рабочей силы. Розглянуто теоретичний аспект продажу товару на ринку праці, яким є і праця, і робоча сила як дві сторони того самого процесу. Обґрунтовано необхідність зіставлення різних форм і видів праці з метою визначення еквівалента суспільної праці як фактора стимулювання трудової діяльності і соціальної справедливості Викладено напрями підвищення ефективності праці на основі підвищення його інтенсивності і вплив цього фактора на відтворення робочої сили.
