Рассмотрена проблема повышения эффективности управления жилищно-коммунальным хозяйством государства (региона, города). Предложена трехкомпонентная система показателей, которые характеризуют эффективность управления жилищно-коммунальным хозяйством на региональном уровне и оценивают последствия реализации государственных (региональных, местных) программ развитий рынка жилищно-коммунальных услуг. Розглянуто проблему підвищення ефективності управління житлово-комунальним господарством держави (регіону, міста). Запропоновано трьохкомпонентну систему показників, що характеризують ефективність управління житлово-комунальним господарством на регіональному рівні та надають оцінку наслідкам реалізації державних (регіональних, місцевих) програм розвитку ринку житлово-комунальних послуг.
