The problem of the efficiency increase of the state (regional, city) housing and communal services management is considered. The three-component system of indexes which characterizes efficiency of management of the housing and communal services at regional level and estimates the consequences of realization of the government (regional, local) programs of housing and communal services market development is offered. Рассмотрена проблема повышения эффективности управления жилищно-коммунальным хозяйством государства (региона, города). Предложена трехкомпонентная система показателей, которые характеризуют эффективность управления жилищно-коммунальным хозяйством на региональном уровне и оценивают последствия реализации государственных (региональных, местных) программ развитий рынка жилищно-коммунальных услуг. Розглянуто проблему підвищення ефективності управління житлово-комунальним господарством держави (регіону, міста). Запропоновано трьохкомпонентну систему показників, що характеризують ефективність управління житлово-комунальним господарством на регіональному рівні та надають оцінку наслідкам реалізації державних (регіональних, місцевих) програм розвитку ринку житлово-комунальних послуг.
